Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 999kk platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, bonus system, cashier, and customer support services — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply in addition to any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published elsewhere on the 999kk platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Your acceptance of these terms is recorded at the time of account registration and again each time you log in to the platform. If at any point you no longer agree to these terms, you must cease using the 999kk platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Amendments: 999kk reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The date shown at the top of this document ("Last Updated") reflects when the most recent revision was made. Players who continue to use the platform after an amendment has been published are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To use 999kk's betting and casino services, you must first create a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out below. By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Eligibility Requirements: To register and maintain a 999kk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.

Failure to complete verification when requested will result in account restrictions until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal circumstances change, you must update your account promptly. 999kk bears no liability for consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999kk support immediately. 999kk will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

Account Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of 999kk, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these terms, and in a manner that does not harm the experience of other players or the integrity of the platform itself. The following obligations apply to all account holders without exception.

General Obligations:

• You must use your account exclusively for lawful personal entertainment and gambling activity.
• You must not use the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any financial crime including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion.
• You must not make deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• You must not use the platform in a way that constitutes or facilitates any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in respect of sports betting markets.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• You must not attempt to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

Prohibited Conduct: The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or account limits.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the underlying source code of any 999kk software.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content via any communication channel on the platform.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening 999kk staff or other platform users.
• Engaging in any activity that places a disproportionate or unsustainable load on the platform infrastructure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 999kk — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are sourced from legitimate means.

Accepted Payment Methods: 999kk currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time depending on technical, regulatory, or operational factors. 999kk will endeavour to provide advance notice of any changes to payment method availability where possible.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 999kk balance instantly in the vast majority of cases.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to appear in your account balance depending on the originating institution.
• 999kk does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via local mobile money methods. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits made using payment instruments that do not belong to the account holder will be reversed, and the account may be restricted pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the account must have completed the applicable KYC verification steps. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal delays.
• If a bonus was claimed in connection with a deposit, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• 999kk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In such cases, the player will be informed and provided with guidance on the information required.

Bonuses & Promotions

999kk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms. Players are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements before claiming any bonus.

Bonus Eligibility:

• Bonuses are available to verified, single-account holders in good standing only.
• Players who have previously abused the bonus system — including via multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay — are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. They cannot be claimed multiple times or transferred between accounts.
• Free spins are valid only on the designated game(s) specified in the promotion and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Forfeiture: 999kk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, void any winnings generated from a bonus, or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, wagering on excluded game types, or using a bonus in a manner clearly inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

All bets placed and games played on 999kk are subject to the rules of the individual game or market in addition to this general section. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and this general section, the specific game rule prevails for that game.

Sports Betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the odds are locked.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be rejected if the market has moved significantly between submission and confirmation.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event type, as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip interface.
• 999kk reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by corruption, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns.

Casino Games:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by the originating game studio. 999kk does not alter the RNG settings or the Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages of any game.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the platform will attempt to complete the round and settle the outcome based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. If settlement is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a software error results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the correct outcome as determined by the server-side game log will be applied.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

Errors and Misquotes: In the event that a price, odds, or game outcome is posted in error — whether due to a human mistake, software fault, or data feed failure — 999kk reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets or transactions made at the incorrect price. Platform Availability: 999kk operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control including network outages, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions. 999kk shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

Third-Party Content: 999kk hosts games and content from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While we partner only with reputable, certified providers, 999kk does not accept liability for errors, failures, or losses arising from third-party software malfunctions beyond what is outlined in Section 6 of these terms.

Player Responsibility: Players are solely responsible for all decisions made during their use of the 999kk platform, including all betting and gaming decisions. The outcome of gambling activities is inherently uncertain and involves financial risk. 999kk accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players during legitimate gameplay conducted in accordance with these terms.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 999kk platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through 999kk's customer support process. If resolution cannot be achieved, the parties agree to submit to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by the platform.
